Job Description
Lafarge Plc. will be interviewing for this role during the Careers in Africa London Summit on the 18th and 19th of April 2024.

The Logistics Managers are involved in managing the entire value chain from the movement of raw materials to distribution to customers, with a focus on optimising costs, improving efficiency and profitability, enhancing customer service, and ensuring safety.

Personal Specification
Masters in Supply chain, Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum of 5 years’ managerial experience in Supply Chain or logistics
Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory management, sales forecasting, advanced planning system
Deep understanding of both the Outbound and Inbound logistics process
Deep knowledge of procedures and guideline for the Logistics contingency plan
Conversant with the BM logistics institutional and operational reports
Knowledge of manufacturing industry
Knowledge of supply chain core processes and logistics business
Knowledge of basic finance fundamentals
Highly computer literate (MS office) with experience in using an ERP system (eg. SAP)
Must be available to attend the London Summit on 18th or 19th of April 2024
